Hi there, we’ve added faster access from your home screen, a clearer explanation for negative balances, new account documents, and an update for Web3 wallets.
You can now add Kolo to your phone’s home screen and open it with one tap — no need to search for the website in your browser or download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
This is especially useful if the Kolo app is not available in your region’s app store yet, or if you simply want quicker access to Kolo every day.
Once added, the Kolo icon will appear on your home screen, and the web version will open in a separate app-like window.

It takes less than a minute — and Kolo is always within reach.
If your balance goes negative after a card payment, Kolo will now show it directly on the home screen.
Tap “Why did my balance go negative?” to see which transactions affected your balance and why the negative amount appeared.

You can also use the Top Up button to add funds right away and continue using your card as usual.
The Statement section is now called Statements & Confirmations.
We’ve added a clearer document selection screen and new document options:

Documents are sent to the email linked to your Kolo account. The download link is active for 24 hours.
Balances from existing Web3 wallets are now included in your total balance on the home screen.
This gives you a clearer view of your funds across Kolo.
Creating new Web3 wallets is currently unavailable, but existing Web3 wallets remain available and continue to work as usual.
We've added a new Services section, the easiest place to see everything Kolo can do for you and unlock new features in just a few taps.
To find it: open your home screen → tap your profile icon → tap Services.
Inside, each feature shows a quick status so you always know where you stand:

Some features, like Transfer to any IBAN account, ask for a quick identity check before you start — it usually takes about several minutes.
